Ann Hicks is the ice cream processor and has been with Dennetts since she left school at fifteen and a half years old. She was born just outside Spilsby and went to schools in Wainfleet and Spilsby.

She makes all the Ice Cream and takes care of sales with her husband at Harrington Hall four times a year.
